How to make
I put the chopped pork liver into the heated fat and stir until it turns white.
I add the chopped leek, stir, add the tomato puree, salt and black pepper.
Finally, I add the wine, stir and pour everything into a suitable baking pan.
I put the baking pan in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) and bake until done.
You can serve the oven-baked liver with mashed potatoes.
