  • leeks - 3 sprigs
  • tomato puree - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • wine - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • salt

How to make

I put the chopped pork liver into the heated fat and stir until it turns white.

I add the chopped leek, stir, add the tomato puree, salt and black pepper.
