How to make
The onion and carrot are cleaned and cut into small pieces. They are placed directly in the baking tray and stewed in a little fat and water.
After they soften, add the zucchini (cut into cubes) and then the potatoes. Stir the vegetables periodically. Then the washed rice and quinoa are added.
Add a cup of water and stir. The dish is salted and sprinkled with black pepper.
Finally, add the halved cherry tomatoes and the finely chopped dill.
About five or six cups of water are poured in and the dish is baked in an oven at 390°F (200°C).
