How to make
Soak the livers in cold water for about 30 minutes. Rinse them thoroughly with clean water.
Peel the vegetables and cut them into suitable pieces.
Heat the oil and add the vegetables. Cook them until the vegetables have softened.
Add the paprika and tomato juice.
Add the livers and cook them for another 10 minutes.
Transfer the dish to a suitable baking pan, season it with salt and black pepper and bake it in the oven until it aquires a golden color.
