How to make
Clean and slice the onion and grate the carrot. Put the vegetables in a pan. Clean and wash the mackerel and cut it as well.
Put the fish in the pan next to the vegetables. Season with salt and pour 1 tbsp. of oil (optional).
Drizzle the dish with tomato puree, which has been diluted with water. It is important that the dish is stewed, not boiled.
Cover the fish dish with a lid and cook it for about half an hour.
Then you can serve the stewed mackerel with onions and carrots.
