"Lentils, but with an aroma you never dreamed of"

Ingredients

  • lentils - 2 cups.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves
  • tomato puree - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • curry - 1 tbsp. + 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric - 1/2 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • cumin - 1/2 tsp.
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp.
  • chili - 1/2 tsp.
  • paprika - 1 - 2 tsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • oil

How to make

The lentils are put to boil, along with the chopped onion and garlic.

Once it boils, add your desired amount of salt and 1 tbsp. of curry.

Once it softens, fry the remaining spices together in oil for about 30 seconds and add to the lentils. Allow it to boil until it's fully cooked.

Serve with boiled rice.
