How to make
Boil the rice. Stew the onions with the vegetable oil for a few minutes. Fry the meat on both sides.
Add the finely chopped tomatoes and apple; onion, rice, bay leaf, thyme, parsley, garlic, curry and 2 tablespoons water.
Saute on low heat for about 30 minutes. Serve with finely chopped parsley and a pineapple slice.
