Oven-Baked Spinach with Milk

Put the cleaned spinach to boil for a little while, drain it and chop it finely.

Beat 4 eggs, add 2 tablespoons of flour, 7 oz (200 grams) of feta cheese and the milk.

Pour this mixture over the spinach in a greased tray, stir well and cook it in the oven.
