How to make
The onions and spinach, after being cleaned and washed, are chopped and stewed in hot oil. Beat the eggs, add the milk and divide into three parts.
Add the grated white cheese and one part of the egg mixture to the onion and spinach and stir.
Boil the macaroni in salted water, then strain them and pour cold water so that they do not stick to each other. In a greased baking pan, arrange the macaroni, then the spinach mixture and alternate between the two, but finishing off with the macaroni on top.
Pour the second part of the egg mixture over them and bake them in a moderately heated oven at 150-180 degrees until they aquire a golden brown color.
Then take them out and pour the macaroni with Béchamel sauce prepared from flour, butter and the third part of the egg mixture and milk, sprinkle with the grated yellow cheese and bake them again until they're fully baked.
