How to make
Pour water into a deep pot, add salt and 1 tbsp. of oil and boil on the stove. Pour the macaroni and boil them, until they're done.
Strain, cool them and pour them into a greased baking pan.
Mix soy sauce, mustard, finely chopped parsley, pressed garlic and tomato puree in a pan. Stir and stew for 5-10 minutes.
Add the minced meat and cook for another ten minutes. Pour the mixture over the macaroni. Stir lightly.
Cut the butter on top and sprinkle generously with grated yellow cheese.
Bake the appetizing oven-baked macaroni at 390°F (200°C) for about 1/3 hour, until they aquire a golden crust.
Serve the spicy oven-baked macaroni with cheese warm.
