How to make
Prepare a medium-sized tray, sprinkled with a little flour. Roll and stretch out the dough in the tray. Brush the top with the tomato paste, sprinkle some oregano and basil and arrange slices of mushrooms.
Put to bake for 5 minutes in a preheated 430°F (220°C) oven. Remove and arrange the crescent-sliced onions, corn, thinly sliced sausage (ham, bacon, salami) on top.
Crumble feta cheese on top, sprinkle again with oregano and basil and a little salt if desired. Distribute the grated cheese, pour a trickle of olive oil evenly and return to the oven, reduced to 390°F (200°C).
Shortly before it's ready, tap two eggs on top, distribute a few cleaned olives if desired and return to bake until the eggs tighten.
