First, mix the mince with all of the spices and leave it for 15 min. to absorb the aromas better. Next, add the eggs (if they're large, use just 1).
Chop the onion finely and add it as well. Soak the bread slice, drain out excess water and crumble the bread. Mix all of the ingredients very well, leave in the fridge about 30 min. to harden.
Pour the oil in the pan and leave it to heat up. Shape meatballs from the mixture, flatten them out with your hands to the desired thickness, roll them in flour. Fry on both sides and serve.
