Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • cream - 1 cup (250 g)
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • dill - fresh, if possible
  • garlic - powdered
  • black pepper
  • fenugreek
  • water - 4/5 cup (200 ml)

How to make

Peel the potatoes and wash them. Dice them coarsely and place in the tray you've prepared for baking them.

Add the water, olive oil, salt, powdered garlic, black pepper and fenugreek (all spices without the dill).

Bake in a preheated 430°F (220 °C) oven about 60 min. with the fan on, stir them halfway through baking.

Then add the dill and cream and bake another 20 min. at 360°F (180 °C).
