How to make
Wash the potatoes well, preserving the integrity of the skin, and place them in the boiling salted vegetable broth.
The fillet is cut into thin slices, salt it and grill it on a grill pan on both sides for 3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and cover with a lid to keep it juicy and tender.
Remove the half-boiled potatoes from the water, drain and cool. Peel them and transfer them to a pan with melted butter.
Finally, add finely chopped dill to the sauteed potatoes. From the tomatoes and olives, we assemble 6 ladybugs.
Arrange the plates by placing the fillets cut into thin pieces in the middle and adding the potatoes on the sides.
We arrange the ladybugs on top and serve them to the children.
Tip: If the child loves the smell of garlic, you can flavor the heated oil and remove it before placing the potatoes.
It is recommended that you do not stir the potatoes often while they are in the pan so that they do not become a puree.
