  • butter - 1 tbsp.
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • dill - 1 pinch
  • yellow cheese - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • olive oil - 2 - 3 tbsp.

How to make

Boil the potatoes in salted water until semi-finished.

Heat the olive oil.

Add the potatoes, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Cook until they get a crust.

Once removed, add the butter and stir.

Put the grated yellow cheese and the dill on top and your sauteed potatoes are ready.
