How to make
Peel the potatoes, cut them into large cubes and sauté them in the oil. Boil the eggs, but do not overcook them, beat the cream cheese with the yoghurt. Cut a few bunches of onions very finely and add them to the cream cheese.
Season the mixture with salt, pepper and paprika. In a dish, arrange the stewed potatoes, sliced eggs and cream cheese. Decorate with lettuce leaves and sprinkle with finely chopped onion stalks, parsley and toasted sunflower seeds.
