How to cook
Cut the boiled eggs in half, remove the yolk and cut off a small piece from the white underside to flatten the bottom for stability.
Cut the fish fillets into small pieces, mix with the mayonnaise, finely chopped dill, a little chopped onion and spices. Mix well and fill the egg whites.
Beat the processed cheese, butter, egg yolks and paprika. Arrange the stuffed eggs in a suitable container and decorate the tops with the cheese mixture.
Garnish with a slice of tomato.
