How to make
Heat the fat in a suitable pan. Add the flour, while stirring at all times, so that it does not burn. Slowly add the water and continue to stir.
You should get a porridge like mixture with the density of pancake batter. If necessary, the amount of water can be increased. Add the paprika.
The eggs must be beaten in advance. They do not need to be beaten until they're foamy, just beat them slightly with a fork.
Slowly add them to the mixture. Continue stirring until the egg mixture is mixed with the flour and a relatively homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Finally, add the crumbled white cheese. If the white cheese is not salty enough, you can add a little salt.
