How to make
Beat the eggs and a pinch of salt with a fork until they foam up. Add the oatmeal and mix everything well.
Allow the oatmeal to soften for 20-30 minutes. You can add other vegetables as well if you like.
Heat the oil in a pan, pour the egg mixture in it and fry the omelette on both sides over medium heat.
Serve it with a piece of white cheese, jam or fruit of your choice.
