How to make
Pour 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) of boiling water over the oatmeal. Wait 5 minutes for them to swell.
Add the grated onion, chopped walnuts, grated cheese, 2-3 pinches of salt, black pepper, savory and the bread slice, dipped in water and squeezed.
Knead everything well. Shape patties and roll them in flour. Fry them in very hot oil (a lot of it).
