How to make
Put the nuts in boiling water and stir them periodically. They should be ready in about 5 minutes.
Add the milk and stir, wait for the nuts to absorb it as well. Remove the porridge from the heat and add the honey. Peel a banana and cut it into cubes.
Distribute the porridge into bowls. Add the bits of banana and sprinkle it with cinnamon if you like.
