Ingredients

  • oatmeal - 1 oz (25 g)
  • almond milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml) or another of your choice
  • protein - 1/2 dose
  • peanut butter - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • cocoa - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • For garnish
  • bananas - 1 pc.

How to make

Pour the oats into a bowl.

Add the milk and protein, mix and microwave for 1-2 minutes.
