How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Melt the butter along with the broken chocolate and about 100 g (2/3) of the peanut butter.
Add the eggs and sugar to the chocolate mixture and add the vanilla sugar.
Add 2/3 of the peanuts. Stir until everything is mixed well.
Finally, add the sifted flour and mix again. Pour the finished mixture into a baking pan, lined with baking paper.
Put the rest of the peanuts and peanut butter on top.
Bake the peanut cake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 20-25 minutes.
Check for doneness. The brownie should always remain moist and juicy inside.
