"I`ve eaten all kinds of omelettes but truth be told stuffed ones are my weakness. How do you like `em?"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 8.
  • milk - 5 tablespoons
  • salt
  • peppers - 1 green pepper +1 red pepper
  • onions - 1 head
  • sausage - 7 oz (200 g) (optional)
  • mushrooms - 5 - 6
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) (grated)
  • mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • butter - 3 tbsp

How to make

Beat the eggs and milk to make four omelets, spread the mixture out to get the same size omelets. Julienne the peppers, chop the onion into crescents, chop the mushrooms into strips, and stew them in 3 tbsp of butter.

When the water evaporates from them, add the crumbled feta cheese. If necessary, add salt, but taste to check it first.

When ready, stuff the mixture into each of the omelets and fold them in two. Place them in a small baking dish, pour a mixture of mayonnaise and mustard over them, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake for a short time in the oven to slightly pink the cheese. Enjoy your tasty dish!
