How to cook
Fry the sliced bacon in a non greased pan.
In 2 tbsp. of butter stew the chopped onions, carrots and garlic.
Add salt, bacon, rice and pour the broth.
Boil until the rice absorbs the liquid. Add the raisins.
The rabbit is rubbed with a mixture of salt, paprika, black pepper and 1 tbsp. of butter.
Fill it with the stuffing and sew it.
Place it in a greased baking pan, pour the wine, add the basil and parsley and wrap it with foil.
The stuffed rabbit is baked for 4 hours at 280°F (140 degrees). Remove the foil and bake it for another 15-20 minutes at 390°F (200 degrees).
Spread it with butter.
The oven-baked stuffed rabbit is very tasty.
