Ingredients

  • potatoes - 10 large
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • olive oil - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • rosemary - to taste
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • savory - 1/2 tsp
  • basil - 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2
  • cream cheese - 2 packages
  • ham - 9 oz (250 g), finely chopped
  • cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g), grated for sprinkling

How to make

Wash the potatoes very well and put them to boil directly with their peels. When they are almost ready, drain them and once slightly cooled, cut them into halves. Carve out a well in each potato using a fork. Mix the carved out insides with the pressed garlic, all the spices and add a little oil.

Add 2 beaten eggs, 2 packets of cream cheese and chopped ham to the mashed potatoes. Fill the potatoes, sprinkle them with cheese and arrange them in a greased baking tray.

Pour in some water in the tray and put it to bake for 10-15 minutes. If you have any stuffing left, you can distribute it around the potatoes.
