How to make
Heat 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g) of butter in a pan. Beat the eggs nicely in a separate bowl and add them to the hot oil to fry.
Move thus prepared omelette to a fireproof tray and place the julienned ham and salami, tomatoes, finely chopped pickles and mushrooms on top.
Top it with spices to taste and plenty of grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220 °C) until the cheese melts.
