How to make
The tomatoes are washed and peeled. Cut them finely or grate them.
Also clean and finely chop the onion and garlic.
In a deep pan, stew the onion and garlic, then add the tomatoes and dry spices. Boil, until the water evaporates.
Remove it from the heat, add the chopped parsley and stir.
Prepare the poached eggs in the standard way.
In a suitable plate, add the tomatoes and place an egg on them.
Serve them with toast.
The fried eggs on tomato canapé are ready.
