Ingredients

  • eggs - 6
  • spinach - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste

How to make

Boil and peel the eggs. Cut off the cap from the pointed end and carefully take out the yolk. Wash and finely chop the spinach. Boil it in salted water, then drain it.

Mix the mashed egg yolks, grated cheese, spinach and black pepper in a bowl. Fill the eggs carefully with the resulting mixture. Sandwich them with egg caps and arrange them in a baking dish greased with oil.

To keep them standing, you can cut off a bit from the bottom. Stir the remaining mixture with milk and flour. Distribute it among the eggs. Put a piece of butter on top of each egg.

Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for 10 minutes.
