For this keto recipe, beat the eggs in a bowl and add 4 tbsp. water.
Add the defrosted diced spinach and finely chopped onions. Crumble the white cheese and cut the yellow cheese into small pieces.
Season with spices - black pepper, finely chopped parsley, a few leaves of fresh mint and salt (optional).
Heat a little fat in a pan and add the bowl with the egg mixture. Stir, until the scrambled eggs are fully cooked, but do not make them too dry.
The keto scrambled eggs with spinach can be served with keto tuna salad.
