How to make
The tomatoes are washed, the lids are cut and they are carved out.
Beat the eggs and crumbled cheese in a bowl. Add the finely chopped spinach and stuff the tomatoes with the resulting mixture.
Arrange them in a greased baking pan and bake until fully cooked at 390°F (200°C).
They are served as an appetizer or main.
The stuffed tomatoes with eggs and spinach are ready.
