How to make
Cut the tops off of the tomatoes and carefully carve the insides out with a spoon. Lightly rub with salt and flip them upside down onto a bowl to drain for 2-3 minutes.
Grease a baking dish with butter and arrange the hollow tomatoes. In every tomato, put a little butter and 1 egg. Bake in a medium hot oven for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve sprinkled with grated cheese and black pepper to taste.
