How to make
The eggs are boiled well. Peel them and when they cool down, cut them in half.
Remove the yolks and beat with a fork. Add tuna, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper. Peel the lemon from the white skin and finely chop it. Everything is mixed very well.
The green salad leaves are shredded into a plate.
The eggs are filled with the resulting mixture. On top put a few chopped pieces of tuna and parsley leaves for decoration.
If you wish, you can sprinkle them with freshly ground black pepper.
Arrange the stuffed eggs on the lettuce and serve them immediately.
