  • eggs - 12, boiled
  • parsley - 3 tbsp
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • lemons - juice and rind of 1
  • mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
  • capers - 2 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • smoked paprika

How to make

Cut off the tops of the boiled eggs and carefully scoop out the yolks.

Mix the yolks with the capers, lemon rind, mayo, lemon juice and parsley.

Add the spices, mash everything and stuff the eggs using a teaspoon.

Sprinkle with parsley and a little smoked paprika and serve right away.
