How to make
Eggs are hard boiled for 13-14 minutes. Cool and peel them.
Each peeled egg is cut lengthwise in the middle, the yolks are taken out and placed into a bowl and mashed with a fork.
Add the mayonnaise, crushed or finely grated garlic cloves, add a mixture of herbs salt and paprika.
Mix everything, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and if desired, season with more mixed herb, salt and black pepper.
The resulting yolk mixture is used to fill the holes in the halves of the eggs, which can be done with a small spoon or a piping bag.
The finished stuffed eggs are served with fresh green salad leaves.
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top of the eggs stuffed with egg yolk and mayonnaise.
