Ingredients

  • For 1 coffee
  • ground coffee - 1 tbsp.
  • brown sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • yolk - 1 pc.
  • water - 3/4 cup (150 ml)

How to make

The water is boiled in a coffee pot. Add the coffee - and as soon as it boils, remove it from the heat. Then return to the heat and boil again.

This is done a total of three times.

The yolk together with the sugar is beaten well with a wire - until a foam is formed.

It is added to the hot coffee very slowly and with constant stirring.

The coffee drink with egg yolk is served hot or cold.
