Ingredients

  • pork shanks - 3
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • salt - 1 1/2 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)

How to make

Stir the spices and salt and rub the meat carefully and thoroughly.

Put it in a deep tray, the bottom of which you've poured a little water and the wine.

Put the pieces of butter on top of the meat.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 300°F (150 °C) for 3 hours. Take them out and pour the resulting sauce over the meat, return to the oven for 1 more hour. Remove the foil and leave in the oven for another 20 min.

Serve with a garnish of potatoes and rice.
