Ingredients

  • pork chops - 4
  • mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • bacon - 3 oz (80 g)
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • lard - 1 tablespoon
  • onions - 1/2 head
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Tenderize the deboned chops and add salt, sprinkle them with black pepper, fry them on high heat on both sides and remove.

In the rest of the oil, fry the grated onion, add the diced lard and the chopped mushrooms. Fry.

Add the paprika, a little water, put the chops in and stew until soft. Remove the soft chops, add the cream to the remaining sauce and boil it again.
