How to make
Sprinkle the pork chops with black pepper and coat them with mustard. Put each on a square piece of aluminum foil, much bigger than the pork chops.
Pour a little cognac on every pork chop, add a piece of lemon and carefully roll it up, so as to make it nice and tight. Be careful not to tear the foil. Transfer the rolled up pork chops in a baking dish and bake for about 40 minutes in the oven at 390°F (200 °C).
Remove from the oven, unfold and put on a serving plate. Add salt and flavor with a little lemon juice. Serve with boiled potatoes or salad.
