How to make
Clean the pork shoulder well and cut it into large pieces.
Set it aside while we prepare the pork marinade.
Put the oil, honey and all of the spices in a bowl and mix well.
Then add the chopped or pressed garlic.
Pour the finished marinade over the meat and leave it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
After the meat has absorbed the marinade well, put it in a baking tray.
Pour the remaining marinade over the meat.
Roast the meat at 300°F (150°C) for 3-4 hours, by covering the tray with roasted pork with foil.
Serve the slow roasted pork shoulder warm.
