How to make
Wash the pork shank and dry it very well. Rub it with salt and make slits with a sharp knife.
Chop the garlic and put in each slit. Sprinkle with paprika and all-purpose seasoning.
Cover and let the shank marinate as long as possible. Then transfer it to a baking tray.
Pour beer on the side and cover with aluminum foil.
Heat the oven to 320°F (160°C) and roast the pork for about 3 hours. Finally, remove the foil and increase the temperature to 390°F (200°C), bake until an appetizing crust.
The slow-roasted pork knuckle with crust is ready.
