How to make
Smear the shank with oil and rub the mixture of the previously mixed dry spices into it.
Let it marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Transfer the meat to a pot (I used a clay pot) and add a glass of water.
Bake in a cold oven at 360°F (180°C) for 2 hours.
It is served with a side dish of your choice.
