How to make
Crisp the shanks in a pan with a little oil.
Spike them with the garlic.
Roll the in the paprika, salt and oil.
Bake in a tray with a little water, covered with foil, at 360°F (180 °C) for at least 2 hours.
The taste is beyond incredible. Optionally, you can add vegetables, potatoes, carrots etc.
