How to make
Put the pork shank in a large pot, add salt and oil. Boil it until ready and then save the broth in which it was boiled.
Transfer the boiled pork shank to a tray and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and paprika.
Arrange the coarsely chopped potatoes, carrots and onions around it. Put the garlic underneath so it doesn't burn. Sprinkle with salt and oil.
Pour on a few ladles of the broth and put it to bake in the oven, pouring the released juices over the meat from time to time.
