  • black pepper
  • breadcrumbs - 1 cup
  • flour - 1/2 cup
  • milk - 2 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil - 1 cup
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • butter - 1 - 2 tbsp.

How to make

The ground meat is mixed with the black pepper and salt. It is formed into 6 thin schnitzels, which are breaded in flour, milk, eggs, mixed in a smooth sachet, then in breadcrumbs and again in the egg mixture and fried in heated fat.
