How to make
I hadn't made these economical schnitzels in a long time. They are quick to prepare and very tasty.
In a bowl, the minced meat is mixed with black pepper, paprika, cumin, savory herb and egg.
Add the flour (I used corn flour) and pour a little water.
Stir with a fork, until you get a slightly thinner mixture than the one for meatballs, but not liquid like a pancake mixture.
Heat a little oil in a pan, pour 1 tbsp. from the mixture and with the back of the spoon the schnitzels are formed.
Fry them on both sides, until they aquire a golden brown color, take them out and place them on a napkin to absorb the fat.
They are great with cold cucumber soup. Delicious and easy dinner for the whole family!
