How to make
The minced meat spread out in a plastic bag. Thin it out with a rolling pin to about 1 cm. It is best to freeze it for 2-3 hours, but it is not necessary.
Roll them in flour. Beat the egg into a plate. Heat the oil in a pan. Dip them in the egg on both sides and fry them on low heat, until they aquire a nice golden color.
Take out the schnitzels and place them onto a plate with paper to absorb the excess fat.
Peel a cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise and cut into thin slices.
I cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Fold a slice of lemon in half and then again in half. Arrange before serving and serve the dish.
