How to make
Beat one egg into the chicken mince.
Add the spices - cumin and black pepper, mix. Shape it into five or six schnitzels.
Beat the remaining eggs. Heat the oil in a suitable frying pan.
Roll the schnitzels in breadcrumbs, dip them in egg and fry until golden.
Serve them with a suitable salad.
The breaded chicken schnitzels are very tasty.
