Finally, mix the mascarpone with the cream, add the lemon zest and stir. Distribute strawberries and juice (which they have released thanks to the sugar) into suitable cups and cover with the cream on top. Leaves in a cool area for a few hours.

The next proposal is for mascarpone cream with blueberries - mix 1/2 cup condensed milk and 1/2 cup mascarpone. To them, add 4 tablespoons sugar and beat with a mixer. Add vanilla and beat once again.

Blueberry cream

Add some crushed meringues to this cream - stir carefully. Distribute this mixture into cups and put a teaspoon of thick blueberry jam in each. It would be best if you use tall glasses and you alternate between the cream and blueberry jam.

Ingredients: 3/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 cups mascarpone, 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, 2 oranges.

Preparation: Put the sugar in a bowl and add the zest of one orange - grate it on a fine grater. Then, stir the mixture and fruit zest very thoroughly.

Once the mixture has become homogenized, add the cream cheese and mascarpone cheese and start beating with a mixer. If you think it is too thick, add some orange juice. Beat until homogeneous and serve in bowls. Decorate the dessert with cut slices of orange - place a slice on the rim of each bowl.
