Our first proposal is a mousse with cream cheese and fruits. You can choose the fruits according to your taste. We are offering you our recipe with wild berries (you can use frozen) and nectarines. Here are the required products for the mousse:

Mousse with fruits and cream cheese

Ingredients: 1 packet of cream cheese, 5 - 6 tablespoons of sour cream, 4 tablespoons of yoghurt, wild berries, 1 nectarine, brown sugar.

Preparation: Put the fruits in a pan, along with a few spoons of brown sugar, cut the nectarine finely. In a separate container, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and yoghurt.

Cream

If you're thinking that this dessert will not be sweet enough, add some sugar to the blend. Mix the fruits and cream, once the fruits have cooled. Distribute into bowls and refrigerate.

The next recipe is for mousse as well, but this time we will add biscuits also. Beat around 4/5 cup of confectionery cream with a mixer, 1/3 cup of sugar and vanilla (substitute it with lemon essence if you like). Then add in a package of cream cheese and stir thoroughly.

At the bottom of a cup, place crumbled butter biscuits, cream on top, biscuits again and so on until you run out of cream. Leave for a few hours to cool.

Blueberry dessert

The last dessert with cream cheese is relatively quick to make and this time we bake it. Here's what you need:

Treat with blueberries and cream cheese

Ingredients: 7 oz of biscuits, 1 pack of butter, 2 eggs, 1 cup of cream cheese, blueberry jam, rum essence, 3/4 cup of sugar.

Preparation: Crumble the biscuits well, then pour melted butter over them. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, add the sugar, cream cheese and rum essence.

In an oven dish, arrange the crumbled and smothered with butter biscuits, smear blueberry jam generously on top, and spread the egg mixture on the very top. Bake in a moderate oven for about half an hour. Then let it cool and cut into small pieces. If you don't like blueberries or have some other type of jam, use it instead.
